Latin America with its economic position belongs to the group of development countries. Industrialization represents the basic means how to re- ach a complete economic independence, a position of equal rights within the International division of labour and how to solve complicated social problems. Within the general development of industry after the Second World War, black metallurgy in Latin America has developed relatively in a fast rate of production, utilizing the rich supplies of iron ores. Apart from this increase, Latin America continues being backward behind the States with a developed Industry. Backward is the development of production relations, the mobility of which is an important assumption of using creative forces of the society.
