Vývoj obyvateľstva horného Požitavia v r. 1869 – 1970

The study presents an analysis of the population development of the upper Žitava river course beginning from the first census of inhabitants (1869) to the last one (1970). The statistical data were prepared on the basis of results of regular censuses of inhabitants for the given period. The analysis is completed by statistical tables and graphic material. The presented study is part of a complex geographical analysis of inhabitants of the studied territory, made by the author within the frame of his own research in the upper Žitava river course.
