O článku:
The authors present a new geomorphological division of the Slovak Socialist Republic, worked out originally to a scale 1:200 000, within this study documented by a map to 1:1 million. The work is based on the method of analytical regionalization, issuing from the complex conceiving of relief. The fundamental base for the individual regionalization was the map of relief types of the SSR. The geomorphological units laid out are classified in decimal system from the level of global dimension system (the Alpine-Himalayan System) through subsystems (the Carpathians, the Pannonian Basin), provinces, sub provinces, regions, units etc. up to the parts with dimensions orderly of a few square kilometres.
