The study deals with regional geography as a discipline, which has the greatest presuppositions to create complex geographical syntheses. The changes in the landscape sphere require a reform in Interpreting and integrating approaches in the complex research of concrete areas. The regional-geographical research must be concentrated to produce an adequate basis of the characteristic of individuality of region. Such a synthesis of the area is the most suitable basis to create plans of territorial development, because that enables to see area differentiated up to an optimum degree from the viewpoint of the activities of human society.
