O článku:
A new remarkable locality of orchids was found in 1999 near the village Strelníky (central Slovakia). Populations of three species of the genus Orchis were monitored for three years. Maximum number of 20 individuals of Orchis coriophora (probably the single recent locality of in the Slovenské stredohorie Mts), 2 of O. ustulata and 30 of O. morio were counted. two phytosociological relevés were sampled. The hay meadow community with Orchis coriophora and O. morio was classified as ass. Anthoxantho-Agrostietum tenuis. The other relevé with dominating Brachypodium pinnatum was sampled on the abandoned part of the locality. These communities on volcanic bedrock are extremely species-rich (112 taxa of non-vascular and vascular plants were identified on the 32 m2 area of two relevés)
