The aim of this paper is to give some survey of results obtained in researching the nonsensitiveness regions of a linear unbiasedly estimable function $h(β)$ of the first order parameters and its dispersion in models with constraints of the type I and II within the universal model, where no assumptions concerning the regularity of the model are taken into account.
