We give estimates for sums of summands of the form

where $p≤ N$, $p$ are prime numbers, $f(x)=x+a, f(x)=(x+a)(x+b)$, $χ$ is a non-principal Dirichlet character modulo $q$, and $ab(a-b) ot equiv 0 pod{q}$.
