O článku:
The lattices in which for each subset the following properties hold are characterized: if a given element is (strictly) greater (resp. smaller) than the infimum (resp. supremum) of the given subset, if this infimum (resp. supremum) exists, then there always exists an element in this subset that is smaller (resp. greater) than or equal to the given element. These properties are weakened versions of well-known characterizations of chains. Furthermore, this study leads to additional characterizations of dense chains.
