There is a manuscript of a sermon-book by orthodox priest Ihnatij from the village of Űrmesö in the former Marmaros comitat (Hungarian county) being hold in the Literary archive of St. Adalbert (Literárny archív Spolku sv. Vojtecha) in Trnava, unknown in our territory. This manuscript is a legacy of the Hungarian-Ruthenian historian H. Sztripszký and is dated from the period around the year 1660. This essay briefly describes this manuscript and the man who discovered it.
