The dependance of water vapour pressure and relative humidity on air temperature in the mouintains of High Tatras is discussed. As the experimental basis the hourly data of these meteorological elements at four stations: Poprad, Štrbské Pleso, Skalnaté Pleso and Lomnický štít during 10 - years period were used. The aim of this paper was to show how the temperature-humidity relations change with the increasing altitude under the influence of the thermodynamical factors.
