$G$-normality of a sequential convergence on an $\ell$-group

We show that for an $\ell$-group $G$ a compatible convergence $\frak L$ is determined by set $\frak L⁺$ of all positive sequences which converge to the neutral element of $G$. A characterization of $\frak L⁺$ in terms of $G$-normality and an example of $\frak L⁺$ which is not a normal subset of the set of all positive sequences of $G$ are given.
