JUDr. Viliam Janáč, PhD.
JUDr. Viliam Janáč, PhD., born in 1983 in Trenčín. He graduated Master's degree in 2006 at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. Since 2008 he has been working as a research fellow at the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. He graduated PhD. studies in 2019 at the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice with his dissertation thesis named "Shareholder Agreements". In his scientific work, he has long been involved in the areas of corporate law, stock law, law of securities and startup law. He is the author of a scientific monograph entitled "Selected Types of Shareholders' Agreements", as well as several scientific articles in the field of corporate law and shareholders' agreements. He is also an executive editor at the editorial office of the journal Právny obzor.
