About article:
Social Capital and Subjective Well-Being in Slovakia. This paper explores the link between social capital and subjective well-being in Slovakia using data from the last four waves of the European Values Survey. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis highlight that the only statistically significant predictors through all four waves of the study are household income and trust in institutions. These findings demonstrate that our well-being is determined not only by our direct circumstances but also by our perception of our institutional environment.
