Svahové modely vodnej erózie pôdy, súčasný stav a perspektívy

The authors attempt to present a survey and critical evaluation of the present situation and outlooks of modelling of soil water erosion. The outline of the present state of knowledge of the water erosion process is based on systematic approach that enables classification of the individual approaches to the modelling of water erosion as well as identification of the most Progressive ones. Attention is concentrated especially on the short-term and large scale models built up with special observation of the aspect of their practical utilization. The most Progressive and complete application model WEPP (The Water Erosion Prediction Project) based on analytical basis of the partial, physically expressible sub-processes of water erosion of soil, that is being constructed at the present moment, is analysed in detail. Other outlooks and possibilities of the development of soil water erosion modelling are mentioned as well.
