About article:
The contribution deals with morphostructural properties of the Kremnica Mts enlightening them by morphostructural analysis of relief. The resulting product is a comprehensive characteristics of the morphostructure of the mentioned mountain range, defining its position within the Slovak middle mountain system, relation to the contiguous morphostructures and inner morphostruclural dissection to nine partial morphostructures with different altitude of tectonic uplifting, degree of tectonic disintegration, types of doling textures and the rate of application of the passive structure on relief formation, The Kremnica Mts are at the present in the stage of total transformation of the Neogene volcanic relief to new form, complex block morphostructure formed by a set of unevenly uplifted blocks, limited by multidirectional system of faults. Volcanic are only the rocks participating on geological building of the Kremnica Mts and affect the formation of their relief only as a passive structural component. The only possible remnant of initial volcanic relief forms was identified in the Turov foreland. It is a radical excentric valley texture most frequently found al the periphery of volcanos.
