About article:
The study describes the methodology used for creation of a new kind of thematic map at scale: 1:100 000, made by combination of CORINE land cover database with chosen topographic elements (contour lines, altitudes, roads, railways and some water streams). Presentation of samples of such map (and the method of its typographic processing) provides the basic idea of finances and time necessary for eventual publishing of the Land Cover Map of Slovakia at scale 1:100 000.
