Description:

The sensor has a circular form (diameter 10, 14, 20, 30 mm) 0r squared form (10x10, 14x14, 20x20, 30x30mm). It is made of Ni foil of thickness of 20 μm or 30 μm. Three structures are offered, namely:

  • without any electrical isolation for temperature range from – 150oC up to 900 oC.
  • with isolation layer made of polymide of thickness of 5 μm for temperature range from – 150 oC up to 200 oC.
  • with isolation layer made of polymide of thickness of 5 μm for temperature range from – 150 oC up to 200 oC.
Electrical resistance is within the range from 0.6 Ω up to 2 Ω.

Inovation:

The sensor is prepared in the collaboration Institute of Physics and Institute of Informatics. The technology used allows precise preparation of any form of the sensor.

State:

Sensor is aimed for precisely controlled heating, application in transient measuring techniques and for measuring the surface temperatures. Potentially, the sensor can be used in industry.
