O článku:
The author elaborates on the argumentation that focuses on the critique of liberalism, following on from Marek Hrubec’s analyses in his book Od zneuznání ke spravedlnosti (From disregard to justice); the paper thereby responds to the review of Ľuboš Blaha’s Obrana liberalizmu (Defence of liberalism). The main line of argument is developed along two axes: one presents criticism of a liberal definition of the political sphere, which excludes major issues stemming from the identities of politically relevant actors. The other expounds Cohen’s critique of the application of the principle of difference. In both cases, the author attempts to prove that the liberal definition of justice is inherently contradictory and hence untenable as the actual injustice is legitimized by declarative - alleged - justice that no one is obliged to abide by.
