Ideals of pseudo-effect algebras and their applications

We give elements of theory of ideals of pseudo-effect algebras. Such algebras are in important cases intervals in unital po-groups with a special kind of the Riesz decomposition property. We define ideals, normal, prime and their counterparts in the corresponding unital po-groups. We characterize prime ideals and antilattice pseudo-effect algebras, and we apply them to the characterization of antilattice unital po-groups.
