We extend the results of Navara [M. Navara: A characterization of triangular norm based tribes<, Tatra Mountains Math. Publ. 3 (1993) (to appear)] for tribes of fuzzy sets closed under product to the case of a general strict {$t$-norm}. We show that any $T_s$-tribe, $s\in(0,∞)$, is a weakly generated tribe and, consequently, a $ T$-tribe for any measurable $t$-norm $ T$.
