Vanda Rogovská is a researcher at the Institute for Forecasting, Centre of Social and Psychological Sciences of the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
Vanda received a Ph.D. in the field of Food Quality Management. Her research areas mainly include the economics of agriculture and food production with an interdisciplinary overlap into sustainability topics. He has work experience in the private, state, and scientific sectors. She completed study stays and internships in France, the Czech Republic, Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands, and the EU's Joint Research Center (JRC) in Seville. She prepared analytical documents for the evaluation of the economic performance of agriculture, the evaluation of the impact of the tools of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the EU on the economic efficiency of agriculture and the food industry of the Slovak Republic; collaborated on the compilation of a methodology for identifying and quantifying the multifunctional benefits of agri-food for the national economy and on the creation of the CAP Strategic Plan. He acts as an external expert of foreign institutions, universities, and the European Commission in assessing and evaluating agricultural and food projects. She is a member of the Slovak Academy of Agricultural Sciences (SAPV) and the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE).
