Body-size and ecosystem dynamics: Integrating pure and applied approaches from aquatic and terrestrial ecology to support an ecosystem approach (SIZEMIC)
SIZEMIC´s 1st workshop, Trophic dynamics in ecosystems: feeding interactions, species identity and body size, will take place in Cambridge, United Kingdom, on 5-7 April 2008.

EuroBioForum 2008 - Call for Expressions of Interest Now Open
Members of the life sciences research and funding communities are invited to submit Expressions of Interest for life science research themes that demand a coordinated European approach for their financing and implementation. Following a selection by the International Steering Committee, six prioritised research themes addressing future life science challenges will be presented and discussed by researchers, funding organisations and other stakeholders at the annual EuroBioForum conference to define, develop and coordinate future research programmes. The next EuroBioForum will be held in Strasbourg, France on 18-19 September 2008.
