PhDr. Marián Gálik, DrSc., Senior scientist at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, emeritus member of the SAS Learned Society (2011), Alexandr von Humboldt Prize laureate (2005), is one of the most frequently translated world sinologists into Chinese. His latest 372 page publication Cong Gede, Nicai dao Lierke. Zhongde kuawenhua jiaoliu yanjiu (from Goethe and Nietzsche to Rilek), was published in May 2017 in the German-Chinese cultural series in Fuzhou, South China. It is the only book by a foreign author amongst the works of prominent German personalities in politics, philosophy and cultural life that are based on this edition.

The Chinese edition consists of 17 scientific essays originally appeared in English and German between 1968 and 2013. The first study was conceived in 1967, meaning that the author has been dealing with this topic for 50 years.
