colloQUTE: Peter Staňo – Quantum computation with gated semiconducting spin qubits
The Institute of Physics of the Slovak Academy of Sciences invites you to a physics colloquium entitled Quantum computation with gated semiconducting spin qubits, taking place on 11 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the QUTE Auditorium, Institute of Physics SAS, Bratislava.
The lecture will be given by Peter Staňo, Senior Research Scientist at the RIKEN Center for Emergent Matter Science in Japan and at the Research Center for Quantum Information of IP SAS in Bratislava.
The colloquium offers a unique opportunity to learn about the current research of a Slovak scientist working abroad and to hear about recent developments in semiconductor-based quantum computing directly from an active researcher in the field.
The lecture is open to the scientific community, students, and everyone interested in quantum physics and quantum technologies.
