$MV*$@-algebras constitute a subcategory of perfect MV@-algebras categorically equivalent to l@-rings. In this paper we study the ideals of $MV*$@-al gebras in connection with the l@-ideals of the associated l@-ring. The most important results of this paper are concerning with the $MVf$@-algebras, a subclass of $MV*$@-algebras corresponding to $f$@-rings.
