About article:

Let $(R,m)=k[x₁,…,x_n]_{(x₁,…,x_n)}$ be a local polynomial ring ($k$ being an algebraically closed field), and $Q:= (F₁,…,F_r) R$ be a primary ideal in $R$ with respect to a maximal ideal $m \subset R$. In this short note we give a formula for the multiplicity $e₀(QR/(F₁)R,R/(F₁)R)$.
