Stark broadening parameters - line widths and shifts - are of interest in stellar spectroscopy as well as in laboratory and technological plasmas. Stark widths and shifts have been calculated for 28 Hf II transitions using plasma electron density of 1017cm-3 and temperature from 5000K to 80000K as parameters. The calculations were performed according to the simplified modified semiempirical (SMSE) method.
