About article:
The author deals with the ethics of scholarly debate and refutes the manner of argumentation applied by Ľubomír Ďurovič in oral and written performance. In the discussion concerned with adaptation of fereign names, as e.g. in his article published in Slovenská reč (2005, vol. 5), arguments are displaced by half-truths and offensive statements exceeding the norms of any usual discussion. In this way, the necessary cooperative ambience is being disturbed.
