The author outlines objective impulses to the rise of socio-economic structure of landscape. To express it, there are complex economico-geographical regions, in which special linkages between socio-economic elements form an integrative territorial system with dominating nodal relationships. To delimitate complex economico-geographical regions, the author uses a three-graded hierarchy of criteria in order as follows: commuting to work, land use and territorial tie-up.
