About article:
The study uses the term "catena" in function of instrument that allows to systemize in a certain way the geomorphological phenomena. It allows to discern large time-space structures (big forms developing within long-term trends), small time-space structures (processes proceeding in dimensions of "now and here") and medium time-space structures – catenas. They are autonomous time-space structures with characteristic dynamics and spatial structure. They are processes creating forms and forms stimulating processes.
