About article:
Cadaster of the commune Bystričany is remarkable for a high value of suitability of the natural environment for the life of man. Occurrence of brown coal in an immediate neighbourhood of Bystričany has conditioned the industrialization of the Upper Nitra Basin and it manifested in a positive economic development of the commune, but abo heavy degradation of the environment. Action of diverse environmental impacts provoked a serious diversification of the environmental problems. Physical geography in its synthesis can bring relevant inputs to the environmental planning and management through the assessment of the natural environment, its use, functions and transformations of the territory, as well as environmental impacts.
