The aim of the study is to develop methods of landscape ecological evaluation of vegetation and apply them in a case study in a rural agricultural landscape. The methodological basis represent existing publications on this topic. The case study will be selected from areas for which detailed data on vegetation from the past are available. The work itself will include field research and vegetation mapping in the case study area, initial processing of field research results into digital form (including GIS map), assessment of current vegetation, evaluation of changes in vegetation during the studied period and elaboration of landscape-ecological proposals for vegetation of the studied area.
