A quantitative longitudinal study aimed at examining the effects of increased workload and limited resources for managing it on various aspects of well-being and the relationship to work in health care workers. The work will be part of the project VEGA 2/0083/22 "Strategies, resources and consequences of emotion regulation in the provision of health care". Requires knowledge of English and the ability to statistically analyze quantitative data.
