Multifunctional magnetic nanomaterials for diagnostics

Preparation of magnetic nanomaterials and using of various techniques for their characterization. The basic goal of this work is to study the size, shape, structural, surface charge and magnetic properties of the prepared nanomaterials. Further, to investigate the suitability of magnetic nanomaterials in magnetic hyperthermia and in magnetic resonance. The aim of the work is to contribute to the overall understanding of the issue that is focused in several projects aimed at the application of nanoparticles in medicine for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
