Investigating the interaction of surface and groundwater requires knowledge of the flow of both surface and groundwater. Their mutual influence is very pronounced, especially in the conditions of flat areas. Silting/clogging of the bottom of waterways or reservoirs at low flow velocities affects the interaction of surface waters with the surrounding groundwater. The aim of the work will be to continue solving this problem, which was already done in the workplace in the past. The solution will take place at a higher qualitative level, using new methods and equipment, and may include both quantitative and qualitative aspects of the problem. It is assumed that the solution to the problem will be focused on the selected region of alluvial forests, or an area with a system of surface streams/channels.
