Prediction of cosmic ray spectra around the Earth by machine learning methods

The study will focus on the modulation of cosmic rays in the heliosphere on the prediction of its energy spectra in the coming years around the Earth. Cosmic rays spectra will be calculated by numerical (SDE method and finite difference method) and analytical methods (AI method) to create databases of possible results. The next part will be the study of cosmic ray modulation in the heliosphere by machine learning techniques. Machine learning models will be developed to describe the connection between measured and simulated cosmic rays spectra and measured parameters in interstellar space such as solar wind pressure pdyn, components of the interplanetary magnetic field By, Bz, Kp index, Dst index, index F10.6, etc.. Spectra from experiments AMS-02 and PAMELA will be used together with the "Force field" approximation based mainly on neutron monitor data.
